Jack and crew,
I'm
writing to you to tell you that my husband was killed in a
tragic accident.
His
truck fell on him and killed him on 7-27-2010.
Hope
you receive this letter cause I don't know much on how to
use the computer! Sandy Petty (Sam's wife)!
Dear Sandy,
I was so sad to learn
of Sam's untimely accident! Sam was a key member of our
SPINAX team and we will surely miss him. Please accept
my sincere condolences.

untimely death. I'll see that his other Spinax shipmates
learn of his unfortunate accident. Sam and I were
assigned to Spinax at the same time in the mid 60s.
