Spinax in Drydock (Yokosuka '68)

(Above) The drydock sequence was taken in Japan in 1968. We hit something while at sea and it damaged the screw and the metal bar that went around the screw. Take a close look at the back end of the ship and you can see the workers trying to figure out how to fix it. The one of the screw has the workers pointing and talking about where it was nicked.

The three pictures above were taken in Vallejo, CA. I was on the crew that decommissioned her and the pictures were of the dockyard workers taking her apart.
